Salacious Swing

In the year 1927, at the height of the American Prohibition and the Jazz Age, nestled in what was coined at the time as Seattle’s “Film District,” opened up a speakeasy attached to a theater in the Golden Age of Hollywood. While almost a century has passed and The Rendezvous has since been used through a plethora of historic ages in Seattle, the ‘20s are back! DJ Rainbow Raccoon is proud to take you back in time with a modern flair! It’s time to rouge your knees and wear your buckle shoes. Pull out your flapper dresses and zoot suits. Come cut a rug at Seattle’s ONLY electro-swing speakeasy event! We’ve got plenty of giggle juice and tunes to keep your toes tapping for a night that’s bound to be the bee’s knees!

Use the password “Cat’s Meow” at the door for a free entry into the door-prize raffle drawing!

Here to Pee: A Comedy Protest Tour

What is the "Here to Pee" Tour?

Join us in supporting a groundbreaking initiative where comedy meets activism. The "Here to Pee" comedy tour, led by the trailblazing trans comedian Ren Q. Dawe, is a bold and unapologetic journey through the Bible Belt and beyond, using humor to challenge discriminatory laws.

The traveling red-state variety show consists of an all-trans performer lineup, using potty humor to center discriminatory legislation that impacts gender diverse people nationally.

The "Here to Pee" tour is more than a comedy show; it's a movement to flush away discriminatory laws through the power of humor. By supporting this tour, you are helping to create a platform for trans rights and equality, connecting communities through shared experiences and laughter. All proceeds are donated to local LGBTQ+ non-profits battling anti-LGBTQ+ ballot initiatives on the local level.

Be a part of this transformative journey and join the party. Support the "Here to Pee" tour, attend a show, and contribute to a cause that champions inclusivity and equality.

Jess Jocoy

Nashville-based singer/songwriter Jess Jocoy has taken to calling her sound "Cul-de-Sac" Country. A little bit country, a little bit not, it's an ethereal sound with organic roots tethered by her raising in the Pacific Northwest, anchored by a longtime love of country music, a storyteller's nuanced delivery, and a folksinger's finesse. A sound that blurs the lines between genres, creating its own blend of twang and texture along the way, described as "the growth of an exciting songwriter, destined to be one of the greatest of her generation" by Alan Cackett, renowned Journalist and Broadcaster.
Gaining traction in 2018 after winning the Music Movers Competition held by Uber, Jess opened for country music artist Chase Rice during CMA Fest. In 2019, she appeared as a contestant on the NBC hit series 'Songland' (episode 103) where she pitched her original song ‘Easy’ to Kelsea Ballerini. That same year, she was an official showcasing artist at the US AmericanaFest and invited to play Nashville's historic Bluebird Café, not once, but five times; four Sunday Spotlight showcases and one writer's round hosted by Musicians Corner (the last Spotlight showcase doubling as her album release party for Let There Be No Despair). As an independent artist, Jocoy has proven herself to be a name to know both with the Nashville Underground as well as abroad.

Seattle Poly Under 40

Seattle Polyamory Under 40 is an in person meetup group for those 21 to 40 years old. We are an inclusive community for members to find support, make friends, and occasionally spark romance. We meet once a month at Rendezvous in the Red Velvet Lounge. No RSVP required but it can be helpful for other folks to know roughly how many people will be there (see link below). Finally, safety - both physical and mental - and consent are our number 1 priority. Organizers are always on the
lookout for situations where this would not be the case. If you are ever made to feel unsafe or unwelcome let one of the organizers know and we handle it.

Outland: Nocturne Erotique Burlesque

Outland: Nocturne Erotique Burlesque

On January 25th. We will be spinning the clock back a 100 years. To a time of strict prohibition, and clubs had to go underground to keep the party going.

4 DJ'S, TWO DANCE FLOORS AND CHAMPAGNE ROOM!

We will be taking you to a 1920s Gothic speakeasy. With all the deco, the roaring 20s, and all the style we can create!

A very special guest, DJ Spookachu, will have you breaking out the Charleston, Fox Trot, and the Shimmy dance moves. Along with our resident DJ Keypr, known from the Mercury and Church Cantina. Let's not forget about Sophi and Rainbow Racoon taking care of the Jewel Box and the champagne room!

Speaking of spectacular dance moves! Outland presents to you a Gothic Burlesque Show. Featuring local talented people whose moves entice and seduce your soul.

We will have a staff member and master of the Violet Wand and other kink delights up in the champagne room.

The House of Heretics will be there as well!

We have a talented couple who worked on the Meow Wolf Experience and Haunted Houses, doing set design and twisted decorations.

The dance floor will have AC and extra lights. Along with a few fun watchers on the stage.

Gothic Security Team will be providing walking security pick-up at parking lots on 3rd Ave. just northwest and southeast parking lots on request. Contact me via IG or Facebook Messenger. This will be available from 8:45 pm until 2:15 am. Only to and from the rendezvous

Current Schedule: Saturday, January 25th, 2025, 9 pm to close.

OUTLAND is a safe place, and any undesired behavior could result in removal. We want this to be a fun and accepting environment. We reserve the right to deny anyone entry for any reason. Basically, be respectful and consensual. This goes for the staff as well. If I do something at this club, I would ban myself.

We encourage fun themed attire, but please no prop weapons. They will not be allowed into the bar. This is still an industrial night, so goth gear is also very much in the theme of the night
